The discussions between Labour and the Federal Government have recommenced at Aso Villa.

The Federal Government and Organised Labour are currently in a meeting at the Chief of Staff Conference Room of the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

This meeting, scheduled for Monday, aims to inform government representatives about the resolutions reached by the Nigeria Labour Congress and the Trade Union Congress of Nigeria.

These resolutions encompass the final decisions of the labor unions regarding the concessions and offers made by the FG to the workers on Sunday. President Bola Tinubu’s Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila, shared with State House Correspondents on Sunday that the President has agreed to revise the Provisional Wage Increase, increasing it from N25,000/month to N35,000/month for both senior and low-grade workers.
