Oke-Alaro Muslim Community Medical Center Seeks Support for Completion

In order to ensure provision of adequate, qualitative and affordable health care delivery, corporate organisations and well meaning Nigerians as well as members of the public have been call upon to kindly support early completion of the ultra modern Oke-Alaro Muslim Community Medical Center.

Alhaji Adewumi Ademola, the Chairman of the Planning Committee for the Launching and #500 million appeal fund for completion of the medical center which will hold this Saturday, 21st September made this call in a press statement he personally signed and made available to newsmen on Thursday in Ibadan.

According to him, the medical center which has gulped about #120 million so far is now at finishing stage that include plastering and painting of the building, procurement of state of the art medical equipment for all the sections and purchase of hospital ambulance.

“The available facilities at the ultra modern Medical Centre are Consulting Rooms, Medical Laboratory, Pharmacy Section, separate Male and Female Wards, General Ward, Labour Room, Ambulance and Mosque”, he added.

In his words: “when completed, the medical center will be available for members of the public including both muslim and non-muslims in Oke-Alaro area of Ibadan and other part of the state.

The Planning Committee Chairman further disclosed that Chief Ahmed Raji (SAN), the Babaadinni of Oke-Ogun will grace the occasion as the Chief Launcher along with the Aare Musulumi of Yorubaland, Edo and Delta States, Alhaji Dawud Makanjuola Akinola (De-Damak) as Co-Launcher while Engr. Rauf Olaniyan, Sheikh Muhiydeen Ajani Bello and Sheikh Ahmad Bukhari Al-Mukhtar will grace the occasion as Chairman, Keynote Speaker and Special Guest Speaker respectively with Chief Bayo Oyero, the Chairman of Ibadan Muslim Community as the Father of the Day.

Other expected eminent personalities at the event include Alhaji Kunle Sanni, Chairman of Oyo State Muslim Community as Chief Host; Prof. Ishaq Akintola, Founder and Director of MURIC as Guest Speaker; Alhaja Amdalat Arike, the Iya Adinni of Oke-Ogun as Chairperson; Alhaji Dawd Ajisafe Olowe, the Chief Imam, Oke-Alaro Muslim Community will be on ground as the Spiritual Father of the Day while the Oluwo of Iwo, His Imperial Majesty, Oba AbdulRosheed Adewale Akanbi, Telu 1 will grace the occasion as Royal Father of the Day with Engr. Mudasiru Adesina, the Chairman of Oke-Alaro Muslim Community as the Host of the Launching Programme.

He, however, enjoined the invited guests as well as members of the public to be punctual at the highly rewardable programme for the sake of Allah (swt) as stated in the holy Qur’an, chapter 61 verse 10 – 12.
