NULGE President Celebrates Makinde’s Adviser on Labour Matters, Titilola-Sodo on Birthday

The President of Oyo State chapter of Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE), Comrade Ayobami Adeogun, has extended warm congratulations to Comrade Bayo Titilola-Sodo, the Special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Labour Matters and former state Chairman of NLC on the auspicious occasion of his birthday.

The congratulatory message was contained in a press statement he personally signed and made available to newsmen on Wednesday in Ibadan to commemorate the birthday of Barr. Titilola-Sodo.

According to NULGE president, “the celebration marks an important milestone in Comrade Titilola-Sodo’s career dedicated to advocating for workers’ rights and improving labour relations in the state.

Comrade Adeogun lauded Barr. Titilola-Sodo for his unwavering commitment to the welfare of workers while highlighting his role in promoting dialogue between the state government and various labour unions, which he said has led to significant advancements in workers’ benefits and working conditions.

“Comrade Titilola-Sodo’s leadership has been instrumental in promoting harmony and understanding within the 33 local government areas.

In his words: “his tireless efforts in addressing workers’ grievances have not only strengthened our union but also fostered a more conducive working environment across local government areas.

“Therefore, with hearts filled with immense gratitude and joy, we come together to felicitate and celebrate the faithfulness of God in the life of our caring, wonderful, amiable, indefatigable, hardworking, dependable and exceptional leader, benefactor of countless lives, Alhaji (Chief) Dhilkrulahi Bayo Titilola-Sodo, as he marks another glorious birthday.

“Your unwavering dedication and service to humanity, both as the Special Adviser to the Governor, His Excellency, Engr. Seyi Makinde, and your remarkable roles as former Head of Local Government Administration, pioneer Permanent Secretary of the Local Government Staff Pension Board, Oyo NULGE State President, as well as the state Chairman of NLC, all speak volume of your exemplary leadership and profound commitment to the upliftment of society”, he added.
