The city of Ibadan was filled with joy and celebration on Friday as Favour, the daughter of Jagunmolu Olubadan of Ibadanland, Chief Jubril Dotun Sanusi, tied the knot with her long-time Ghanaian partner, Martin. The wedding ceremony was a beautiful blend of Nigerian and Ghanaian cultures, with traditional rituals, music, and a grand feast where guests enjoyed themselves to the fullest.
Chief Dotun Sanusi expressed immense pride and joy, emphasizing the union’s significance as a merging of two families and cultures.
In his words: “Today marks not just a marriage but the beautiful blending of two traditions,” he stated.
Among the esteemed guests were royal dignitaries, including the Olubadan of Ibadanland, represented by Balogun Olubadan, Oba Tajudeen Ajibola, and the Onpetu of Ijeruland, Oba Sunday Oladapo Oyediran Olugbani.
