Alhaji Fatai Ibikunle, a prominent Chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Oyo State, has come out to deny reports of his appointment as Leader of ‘The Progressives in Oyo State’.

In an interview with springstarmag.com early Sunday morning, Alhaji Ibikunle stated that he was not involved in any meeting organized by progressive leaders of the APC, labeling the publication by a blogger as false and malicious.

He urged All Progressives Congress (APC) members in Oyo State to disregard the fake news to prevent destabilizing the party.
