The Olugbon of Orile-Igbon, His Royal Majesty, Oba Francis Olushola Alao is set for the final burial ceremonies for his mother, Deaconess Margaret Oyeronke Alao, which will commence next week from February 25 to 27, 2025.
The ceremonies will start with a Service of Songs on Tuesday, February 25. It will be followed by Wake Keep on Wednesday, 26th and ends with reception of guests on Thursday, February 27, 2025.

Only family members, excluding the Olugbon and his guests, will participate in the private interment programme.
The ceremonies, according to Oba Francis Alao, will hold at the Majesty Naturel Resort, Ogbomoso-Ilorin Road, Orile-Igbon.
Mama Alao died on November 15, 2024 after a brief illness. She was 81 years old.
The Olugbon is the second child of the deceased. Mama Alao was a devout Christian who spent her active years in the work of ministry, working with her late husband, Pastor Amos Alao.
They both served as priests with the Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) until the times of their passage. Pastor Alao slept in the Lord over 12 years ago.
